During the project’s initial phase, the client exercised extreme caution in selecting equipment, requiring that all machinery possess the characteristics of “high precision, low disturbance, fully sealed, and zero pollution,” with emission levels strictly compliant with current EU regulations. Traditional dredging equipment, due to inherent technical limitations, often generates extensive turbid zones during operation, leading to severe suspended solids dispersion—conditions that fail to meet such stringent environmental requirements.

To overcome this technical hurdle, YaKai leveraged its deep technical expertise and profound understanding of environmental principles to custom-design a specialized eco-friendly sludge pump vessel with a flow rate of 1400 cubic meters per hour. This equipment embodies the highest industry standards in both design philosophy and technical configuration:

First, the vessel features an advanced environmentally friendly low-disturbance dredging head capable of precisely and gently cutting and suctioning underwater sediments, effectively controlling the scope and depth of excavation to minimize disturbance at the source. Second, the entire system is equipped with a comprehensive sealed conveying pipeline, maintaining complete containment from the suction inlet to the discharge outlet, ensuring no leakage or dispersion of slurry during transport and completely preventing the spread of suspended solids within the work area—truly achieving “clean operations.”

In terms of processing technology, the vessel integrates highly efficient solid–liquid separation and dewatering functions. During operation, it rapidly concentrates the extracted slurry, consistently maintaining a concentration of 30%–40% per hour, significantly boosting the efficiency of material transportation.
